Key Features of a Good Suit Fabric
- Composition: Most high-quality suits are made from 100% wool, but other blends like wool with silk, cashmere, or linen are also used.
- Super Count: Fabrics are often labeled as Super 100s, 120s, 140s, etc. This refers to the fineness of the wool — higher numbers mean finer, softer wool.
- Weight: Lighter fabrics (220g–260g) are good for hot climates, while heavier ones (280g+) are better for cooler weather.
